We are members of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (IDEA), who are the largest professional body representing Domestic Energy Assessors in the UK.

IDEA has identified that a fast, efficient and competitively priced HIP package alone is not enough. The DEA entering your vendor’s property effectively acts as an ambassador for your company and is therefore just as important as the HIP itself.

IDEA has launched a market leading HIP product, which is made available to estate agents exclusively via IDEA members. This ensures you will have one point of contact from initial instruction through to final delivery of the HIP and most importantly, you will personally know the DEA who will be visiting your vendors to produce the Energy Performance Certificate.
